Make-up Work:

Please review the homework policy in your student handbook.  If you have an excused absences, you will have the same number of days to complete make-up work as number of absences.  You will not be given the opportunity to make-up work for unexcused absences.  When absent for school business reasons, you will be responsible for the work missed and will not be given additional time to work on the assignment.  

Assignments are posted on the main class page of the website.  Worksheets will be placed in the appropriate make-up work folder in the classroom.  Make-up work is YOUR responsibility.   

I will NOT ask you for your make-up work.  Be responsible to complete and submit your make-up work to me on time.  Remember that late work is not accepted and will receive no grade.

When absent on the day of a test, you are expected to take the make-up test on the day you return to school.

Required Materials:

• A 3-ring binder with dividers for "Notes" and "Homework"
• Notebook paper
• Graph paper
• Pencils for classwork, homework, quiz, test
• Red pen for grading work
• Eraser
• TI-83 or TI-84 Plus graphing calculator

Grading:

Homework               30%

Quiz                         15%

Test                         50%

Semester Exam     5%

Periodically, bonus work will be posted on the website without notice.  You may have to hunt for it!  So, check out the website often for bonus opportunities!
